Booking and Payment Conditions
The small print!
Upon confirmation of available dates we will ask you to remit 50% of total accommodation cost as deposit for your booking. The balance will then need to be paid four weeks before your arrival at Mas d’En Coste.
Advance payments may be made by cheque in Pounds Sterling (converted from the rate in French francs at the rate ruling at the date of payment1), French francs or Euros. Additional payments made at the end of the stay for additional meals etc. may be made in the above currencies by cheque or in cash. Credit Cards can not currently be accepted for payment.
Cancellation or Postponement of a booking
If you need to cancel your booking and give notice more than five weeks before the originally scheduled arrival date, then 80% of your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel a booking between five and two weeks before scheduled arrival then 40% of your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel a booking less than two weeks before scheduled arrival 25% of your deposit will be returned to you. Should you cancel your booking after paying the balance of your account this balance will be refunded to you in addition to the refund of the relevant percentage of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule your booking and the required dates are available the deposit will be held against payment of the balance as if the booking was a new booking. If the period you require cannot be accommodated due to confirmed prior bookings, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled and the relevant cancellation notice conditions will be applied.
